How important is employee satisfaction to your company’s bottom line?
If a study of Fortune magazine’s “100 Best companies to work for in America” is anything to go by, it means a WHOLE LOT!
A survey conducted between 1998 and 2005 found that companies that made it onto Fortune’s list returned TWICE as much to their shareholders than the overall market!
